- Discovery Call - Next, we'll do a short call, 30 minute call. This allows me to understand the challenges you're facing and what you'd like me to do to make this project a success. I'll then put together a proposal of what I'd like to do to solve your challenges.
- Proposal Call - On this call, we'll look over the proposal. If something isn't right, we can change the scope to fit your needs.
- Sign Contract & Fun Begins! - After defining the scope of our project and agree on the terms, the real work begins. I'll develop a strategic plan, establish deadlines for upcoming deliverables, and execute the roadmap to ensure you get the results you're looking for.
