Our Built to Last Warranty covers any manufacturing flaws or failures for one full year. And even after that, if something genuinely underperforms, we're open to making it right.
Because we're committed to treating you with fairness and respect, we appreciate it when the feeling is mutual. Now for the fine print legal-ese. We don't cover:
- Returns based on personal events that aren’t related to how the product performs, like romantic office breakups, weight loss, or wedding "rentals."
- Bundled items returned individually to game a partial refund (unless your order was short-shipped, then notify and start a return immediately).
- Extreme wear and tear that goes beyond normal use.
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper care. Yes, even if Buddy the office dog took a bite.
- Items with missing or tampered tags or labels.
- Products from brands we don’t carry.
- Items that are unsanitary or pose a health risk.
- Patterns of return abuse.
